Keyless self-check-in Convenient Laundry Facilities: Our modern and well-maintained washer and dryer are conveniently situated in a shared common area within the basement. These facilities are available for the use of all tenants residing on the property, making it easy and hassle-free for everyone. Garage Parking is not available since it is belong to the other duplex unit, however there is plenty of free parking in the street.

This is a private studio unit room located in ta basement of a duplex. The duplex consists of two distinct, self-contained units in two levels above this room. This is an ideal solution for those looking for a comfortable, extended stay with more space and privacy than a traditional hotel. Your unit will be on the seconds floor with separate entrance. Sleeping area: Queen-size bed, for a restful night's sleep. A cozy living area with a sofa and entertainment options for relaxing after a long day. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils for your culinary adventures. Bathroom: A clean and well-maintained bathroom with a shower and essentials provided. High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with our reliable high-speed internet connection.

Please remember you're staying in person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guest have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. *all guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. *2 people max. We charge per guest; please have accurate guest count. *There is camera above the front door and the garage in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. *No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. This cozy basement room functions as a private studio, offering plenty of privacy while still being part of the main floor unit of the duplex. It’s perfect for guests looking for a comfortable and secluded space to relax, with its own private entrance and amenities. Please note, this unit shares the central AC system with the main floor of the duplex. While you won’t be able to control the temperature directly from the room, there is a vent that you can open or close to adjust airflow to your liking. For a more organized trash disposal system, if its not too much trouble, we kindly request to put the garbage in the green trash bin and the recycling in the blue trash bin. Garbage Pickup: please follow the GARBAGE CART SETOUT SCHEDULE, that will be send to you. Recycling Pickup: We will send you RECYCLING CART SETOUT SCHEDULE for the dates of the recycle bin pick up.
