Guests have full access to the entire 1-bedroom unit, which is spacious and comfortably furnished. You’ll also have access to a shared laundry area located in the basement of the building, equipped with washers and dryers for your convenience. Please note that the laundry area is shared with other residents in the building, so we ask that you be mindful of others when using the space.

Please remember you're staying in person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guest have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. *all guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. *2 people max. We charge per guest; please have accurate guest count. *There is camera above the front door and the garage in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. *No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. For a more organized trash disposal system, if its not too much trouble, we kindly request to put the garbage in the green trash bin and the recycling in the blue trash bin. Garbage Pickup: please follow the GARBAGE CART SETOUT SCHEDULE, that will be send to you. Recycling Pickup: We will send you RECYCLING CART SETOUT SCHEDULE for the dates of the recycle bin pick up. There is an additional space in the basement of the property, which is occasionally used by other guests. It has a separate entrance and is fully independent, so you'll still have plenty of privacy during your stay.
